Million Dollar Zombie Flips

The master of flipping, James Dainard, and longtime rival Jared decide to bury the hatchet and partner on a 100-year-old zombie house trashed by squatters. The property has huge potential, but it's in rough shape and needs a full overhaul-including restoring its original character and finishing the entire basement to push the value well past a million dollars. James has a strict plan to keep the numbers on track, but Jared is notorious for blowing budgets on high-end finishes.

James Dainard is faced with a huge dilemma - do flipping and friendship go together? His longtime friend Carrie, best friend to his wife Clair, has fallen on some tough times and wants James' help. Recently divorced and eager for financial freedom, Carrie convinces James she can handle the project even though she is a complete novice. Together, they tackle a mid-century modern disaster with an unfinished basement, tiny kitchen, and a single nasty main-floor bathroom.

James Dainard's grandparents have recently passed, and together with his mom, Claire, James must help decide the future of the cherished family home. The house is full of memories but also outdated, with a small kitchen and a layout that doesn't showcase its stunning views. Working with his team-construction manager Ryan and designer/realtor Megan-James aims to renovate and restore the home for top dollar.

James Dainard is used to partnering with investors, but this time he’s taking a leap of faith on someone much closer to home. His longtime contractor and friend, Kenny, wants to step out from behind the tool belt and partner with James on a flip.
