Wrong Side of the Tracks

Without Irene or the hardware store, life isn't being easy for Tirso. If that wasn't bad enough, things in the neighbourhood are getting even worse.

Irene wants to stay with Tirso, which only worsens his relationship with Jimena. Nelson and Irene have not forgotten each other, but the changes in their lives make them unwilling to admit it. Ezequiel stays at Gladys' place.

Jimena tries to get Irene to abort after finding out she's pregnant. Amanda tries to find Ezequiel. Yeyo gets out of prison and shows up in the neighbourhood with a threatening attitude.

Amanda investigates a series of rapes connected to that of Irene. Tirso takes matters into his own hands to find Irene's rapists.

Jimena tries to buy the hardware store from the rest of the family. Tirso is caught up in a police operation while trying to interrogate Yeyo about who raped Irene. Nelson is arrested and is at risk of spending many years in prison.

Salgado decides to try everything to get Tirso to sell the hardware store. Jimena abandons her job to focus on her family. Irene and Nelson start seeing each other again and their love reignites.

With Ezequiel at death's door, Gladys discovers that he was protecting Nelson from going to prison for murder. Nata's gang opens a drug-dealing house in the neighbourhood, putting the neighbours on edge.

Tirso discovers just how far Salgado is willing to go to achieve his goals. Irene can no longer see Nelson the same way and has to make a choice. Jimena finds out that Salgado is the 'Ghost' that Amanda has been chasing for years.
