Race Against the Tide

A rough and tough sand sculpting tournament kicks off in the Bay of Fundy in New Brunswick when the first six teams show off their signature style.

A brand-new group of teams hits the beach in one of the world's toughest sand-sculpting tournaments to try and make it to the next qualifying heat.

Five teams remain in Group 1 of the tournament; they must travel back in time and get prehistoric if they want to make it to the next qualifying heat.

Group 2 is back on the beach and five teams remain. They must make fantasy a reality if they want to stay in the competition.

Group 1 take on the dreaded Race Against the Tide architecture challenge. With only four teams left, they better figure out a way to keep these creations standing.

Group 2 experiments with sky-high architecture and builds dream homes entirely out of the sand. There is no room for error, with only four teams remaining.

Group 1 is back on the beach to face their toughest challenge yet. Only two of these teams will make it to the semi-final.

Group 2 explores their dark side by creating terrifying sand sculptures. What's even scarier is that only two of these teams will advance to the semi-finals.

In the season finale, the top three teams go head-to-head for all the glory and the grand prize of $10,000.
