Showrunner Christopher Storer has whipped up a delicious series with The Bear. The tight, mostly 30-40 minute episodes are well cared for and lean, giving as much attention to well developed characters as to the chaos in and out of the kitchen. The cast makes good use of this; The Bear has given audiences the revelations such as Jeremy White, Ebon Moss-Bacharach and most notably Ayo Edebiri. 4 / 5 (Michelin) ⭐️s.
