Gangs of Puri

A Bengali Hotelier approaches the local MLA Raja Bahinipati in hopes of erecting a hotel but the neighborhood of choice is a village that is ruled by a popular Robin Hood-like crime lord Babu Jena. Overcome by greed, the MLA hires another goon, Nilu, to displace the fishermen living in the locality.

Babu Jena continues to be an obstacle for Raja Bahinipati. Meanwhile, penniless localite Shiva hopes to land a regular job and support his mother and nephew. Yet fate holds different plans in store for all.

Babu Jena is on the hunt for his attackers. Nilu suspects it could be Loka Nana. Shiva's hopes of an honest living are shattered.

Loka is furiously searching for Shiva. Geda Bablu arrives in Puri. As tensions rise in Puri, Raja Bahinipati arranges a truce meeting among the head honchos of Puri.

Loka Nana bids his time for revenge. Under the tutelage of Babu Jena, Shiva raises in his new role. Nilu hatches a plot to ensure Babu Jena doesn't get an election ticket.

Babu Jena and Loka go to jail. In the absence of Babu Jena, Shiva gets a lucrative offer from Tirupati builder. Nilu devises a master plan to become the main Nana of Puri.

Babu Jena comes out of jail and throws Shiva out of his gang for his alleged alliance with Tirupati. Shiva decides to fight Babu Jena. Who will win and who will become the Nana of Puri?
