Longitude
The story follows two timelines as a clockmaker in the 18th century fights to build a marine chronometer for safer sea navigation, while a later-era expert becomes obsessed with restoring the long-forgotten timepieces. Both quests explore how hard it can be to prove something that the world doesn’t yet understand.
