In this two-hour season premiere, Sarah, Mika and Ty will guide their respective teams to create the ideal first impression in the living room, the heart of the home that also provides the best ocean views.

This week, contestants take on the most expensive room in the house: the kitchen. Ty, Sarah, and Mika are back to take each team slab shopping and lead them to victory -- but only one team will walk away with $3,000.

This week, teams take on the main bedroom and its en-suite bathroom. But they face a fresh challenge: breathing new life into discarded furniture. The Kalamas return as judges to decide who added the most rental value to their vacation home.

In a challenging twist, contestants swap partners and work on a guest bedroom in another team's house. Ty, Sarah, and Mika mentor their new partner mashups for a chance at the $3,000 prize.
